Every LEGO® Modular Building in order: the complete list since 2007

21 LEGO® Modular Buildings have been released since 2007. 3 are on sale right now.

One new building a year, every year, since 2007. The Modular Buildings line started with Cafe Corner, a 2,056-piece hotel on a corner lot that LEGO® designed with input from adult fans and sold for $139.99, and it has kept the same promise ever since: a 32x32 footprint, pins at the edges so each building connects to the last, and a level of interior detail that nothing else in the catalog matches. Collectors build a street out of them, and the street is the point. This page is the complete list in release order, with the piece count, the original US price, and whether each building is still on sale.

Because LEGO® releases one building a year (in January, in recent years) and usually keeps two or three on sale at once, every new launch tends to push the oldest current building out. That makes this the easiest product line in LEGO® to plan around, and the current sets below are sorted by expected exit for exactly that reason. The retired half of the list is where the street gets expensive: a building that is gone from LEGO.com is reseller-only from then on.
