These LEGO® Minifigures Carry 4- And 5-Figure Price Tags

These tiny yet detailed characters represent the heroes, villains, and everyday people we all know and love. Some stand out among the thousands of minifigures created due to their rarity and exclusivity. San Diego Comic-Con is known to release minifigures that can be the price of a down payment on a home!

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Spider-Man

Approximately $16,880.00 (Sealed, October 2026)

This minifigure came in a red blister pack and already assembled behind the plastic bubble. This 2013 exclusive saw unique minifig printings on the torso and legs, with the legs containing a blue, diamond-pointed print to convey Spider-Man’s real-life suit appearance.

Only around 350 minifigs were ever made, hence the ludicrous price tag!

Just so you know, these were giveaways with no MSRP (retail price). The Spider-Man was handed out starting Jul 18, 2013 and retired Jul 21, 2013. As of October 2026, actual sales run lower than those listed values – Brick Ranker’s average sale price over the past six months is around $10,024, and BrickEconomy values used copies at roughly $13,233 to $15,014.

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Spider-Man

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Spider-Woman Minifigure

Approximately $5,180.00 (Sealed, October 2026)

Next up is another member of the Spider-Man minifigure family, Spider-Woman. This minifigure was also exclusive to the 2013 San Diego Comic-Con as well and showcased her exceptional yellow and red printing. She was also made with only around 350 copies and you had to win her through a raffle!

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Spider-Woman Minifigure

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Green Arrow Minifigure

Approximately $6,075.00

Another San Diego Comic-Con exclusive! I guess SDCC 2013 was the place to be for LEGO® fans. Man, do I wish I was there at the time. Besides the custom-appearing print, the arms, head, and legs design is magnificent. The coloring makes it seem like the CW Television Green Arrow live-action show.

This LEGO® minifigure had even fewer pieces; with only 200 built, it is one of the most highly coveted minifigures ever manufactured.

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Green Arrow Minifigure

LEGO® San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Black Suit Superman

Approximately $4,870.00 (Sealed, October 2026)

Last but not least is the Black Suit Superman minifigure. This Man of Steel variant showcases the Snyder-verse variant of Superman we absolutely adore. The silver, white, and black printing is phenomenal on this piece. Plus, the face-printing of a serious-faced Clark Kent and the black cape are nice touches.

Also, only around 200 of these Black Suit LEGO® Superman Minifigures were ever built.

What Makes SDCC Minifigures So Valuable?

The astronomical prices of these SDCC 2013 exclusives come down to three factors: extreme scarcity, unique designs never reproduced at retail, and the enduring popularity of superhero franchises. With production runs of roughly 200 to 350 units (community estimates, not official LEGO® counts) given away at the convention, Spider-Woman through a raffle, these minifigures are some of the rarest officially produced LEGO® pieces in existence. They are not the priciest, though – a 14k solid gold C-3PO, one of only five made in 2007, is listed at about $300k on Investabrick. As of October 2026, BrickEconomy shows Spider-Man averaging 12.38% a year since retirement (8.3% at last check) and Spider-Woman at 6.94%. That adds up over time!

At SDCC 2026 (July 23–26), the LEGO® booth centered on SMART Play reveals like the Super Mario Donkey Kong Arcade ($199.99), and no new exclusive minifigure giveaway turned up. The Brick Fan noted LEGO® did away with exclusive minifigure giveaways years ago, sticking to posters and pins, and this year’s big prize was exclusive artwork. That keeps these 2013 figures as scarce as ever!

Why Investing in These Ultra-Expensive LEGO® Minifigures Is a Lucrative Opportunity

I can only see four minifigures like these appreciating in price. That said, they can dip – BrickEconomy noted a price correction on the Spider-Man over the past year as of October 2026. If you get your hands on one of these four, do yourself a favor and lock them in a vault. Eventually, they are going to be worth the price of an actual house at auction.
